How much are your delivery charges?
We have a delivery charge of £4.95, but for orders over £50 delivery is free.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase or the service I receive?
If you are not satisfied at any time please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on 02392 412332 or by email. Being a family run business here at Rowlands Home Hardware and our other branches, we take every effort to give our customers the best service, and will respond immediately to any problems you have.

How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail.
Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to mainland UK, but please contact us if you have any special requests.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your goods within 3 working days of receiving your order for items that are in stock. During busy periods this may take longer, however we will advise you via our order tracking system of extensive delays.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes you can.
Once you have placed your order you can track it's progress through our system by logging into your account. To log into your account click on the 'my account' link at the top of any page on this website.
Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes you can.
All you need to do is place the words "Store Collection" as the delivery address when placing your order and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the collection of your order.
Do you offer free delivery if I live locally?
We do not offer free delivery if you live locally, however if you wish to collect your order from our store, please follow the instructions above.
What if I forget my password?
We can automatically send you your login password if you know the email address that we have on file for you.
Click on 'My Account' and then follow the on-screen instructions for a forgotten password.

What do you do with my personal information?
We use your information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers (if you have opted in), update our records and maintain your accounts with us, We also use this information to improve our store and platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website.
